How to update Organisation Admin profile?

Learn how to update your Organisation’s Admin profile with ease. Only the Organisation Admin has the authority to make these changes.

Personal Profile:

  • Log in to the ConnectedLife Platform using your Organisation Admin credentials.
  • Navigate to the personal profile section located at the top right corner of the screen.
  • Click on “Personal Profile” to access your account information.
  • Update details such as your first name, last name, email address, phone number, and enable/disable 2-factor authentication.
  • Save any changes you make.

Settings:

  • Just below the personal profile, you’ll find the general settings for your Organisation.
  • Click on “Settings” to access these settings.
  • Here, you can manage Onboarding Fields, OTP, Invitation Code, and Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) Settings.

Onboarding Fields:

  • This section offers two options: “Personal Profile” and “User Onboarding.”
  • “Personal Profile” allows you to customise which fields are visible and required for each role when managing accounts.
  • For instance, you can hide or make certain fields mandatory for specific roles.
  • “User Onboarding” controls which field mobile app users see during the onboarding process.

Invitation Code:

  • Utilize an invitation code to ensure users can only register once on your platform.
  • Each invitation link has a unique code that can be used only once.
  • Control the expiration time of the invitation code from this section.

Two-Factor Authentication (2FA):

  • This section provides control over Two-factor authentication (2FA) and its modes.

Log in to the dashboard as an Organisation Admin

Step 1: Accessing the Correct URL

In your browser’s address bar, input the accurate login URL provided by ConnectedLife.

Step 2: Entering Credentials

Input the valid email address and password associated with your ConnectedLife account and click Sign in.

Step 3: Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)

Following successful credential input, you’ll be prompted to enter your 6-digit PIN.

In this case, we are using a static OTP which is 312800.

Step 4: Completing the Sign-In

Click on the ‘Submit’ button to finalise the login process.

Tips:

  • The Login process is the same for Facility Admin, Department Admin, and Support Team Members as well.
  • If you forget your password, don’t worry. Simply use the ‘Forgot Password’ option on the dashboard.
  • Ensure there are no extra spaces when entering your password.
  • Opt to tick the ‘Remember Me’ option for future seamless logins.
