At Connected Life, your trust and privacy come first. Our mission is to make the world’s health data useful, secure, and actionable so that people can live healthier, longer lives. We collect and organise health information from multiple sources, apply advanced data science, and deliver insights that support preventive health and better care.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use our products, services, websites, or platforms (our “Services”). Please also review our Terms of Service, which describe the conditions for using our Services.
When we say “Connectedlife,” “we,” “our,” or “us,” we mean ConnectedLife Health Pte. Ltd.

1.1 Information You Provide
- Account Information. To create an account, you provide basic details such as your name, email address, and phone number. Depending on the Services you use, you may also provide information such as date of birth, gender, nationality, medical history, or lifestyle details. Some fields may be required to create your account; others are optional.
- Health & Wellness Data. You may choose to share health-related information through wearables, connected devices, lab results, face scanning tools, or manual logging (e.g., activity, sleep, symptoms, nutrition, or stress levels).
- Customer Support. If you contact us, we collect the information you provide to help resolve your questions.
- Health Coaching (Optional). If you use our health coaching services, we collect information such as wellness plans, progress notes, schedules, and communications with your coach. Coaches may be Connected Life staff or vetted third-party providers.
1.2 Information Collected Automatically
- Usage Data. We collect information on how you interact with our Services, such as activity logs, diagnostics, crash reports, and performance metrics.
- Device Data. We collect information about the device you use (e.g., device type, operating system, browser, mobile carrier, IP address).
- Geolocation. With your permission, we may collect precise location data (via GPS, Wi-Fi, or cell towers). You can manage this in your device settings.
- Cookies and Similar Technologies. We use cookies and analytics tools to understand how our Services are used, improve functionality, and tailor your experience. See our Cookie Policy for details.
1.3 Information From Third Parties
We may receive information about you from third-party providers who help us operate and improve our Services (e.g., device makers, labs, app stores, analytics providers). These providers may share information with us in accordance with their own privacy policies.
1.4 Sensitive Personal Data
With your explicit consent, we may collect and process sensitive health or biometric data, such as heart rate, oxygen saturation, sleep patterns, lab test results, or face scan outputs. You can withdraw consent at any time (see Section 10).
2. How We Use Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide and personalise our Services and insights
- Improve user experience and develop new features
- Support your care team or wellness coach (if applicable)
- Conduct research and analysis (using anonymised or aggregated data)
- Ensure safety, security, and fraud prevention
- Comply with legal or regulatory obligations
For users in the European Economic Area (EEA), the legal basis for processing your data may include your consent, fulfillment of our contract with you, compliance with legal obligations, and our legitimate interests (such as research and service improvement).
3. How We Share Information
We share your information only in limited circumstances:
- With Service Providers. Trusted vendors who host, analyse, or support our Services.
- With Research or Public Health Partners. Only anonymised or aggregated data may be shared for scientific research, AI development, or healthcare planning.
- Business Transfers. If we merge, acquire, or transfer assets, your data may be transferred to the new entity under the same protections.
- Legal or Safety Reasons. To comply with law, enforce our policies, or protect rights, safety, and security.
- With Your Consent. For example, if you opt in to connect with a coaching partner or wellness program.
We do not sell your personal data.
4. Your Rights and Choices
You have control over your personal data:
- Access & Download. You can request a copy of your data by contacting us.
- Update or Delete. You can edit or request deletion of your account data. Deletion may take up to 90 days due to system complexity and legal requirements.
- Withdraw Consent. You may revoke consent for processing sensitive data at any time, which may limit service functionality.
- Object to Use. You may object to how we use your data, subject to applicable law.
5. Data Retention
We retain your account information while your account is active. Other data is kept as long as needed to provide our Services, comply with legal requirements, or protect safety and security.
6. Security
We use technical, administrative, and physical safeguards - including encryption and access controls - to protect your information. No system is fully secure, but we continually improve our measures.
7. International Data Transfers
We host our systems on Google Cloud Platform (GCP). Data is stored regionally when possible (e.g., EU data in EU). Where transfers outside your region are necessary, we use safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses to protect your information.
8. Applicable Laws
We comply with Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and other local data protection laws in the regions where we operate.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Significant changes will be notified via our website, app, or email. Continued use of our Services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
